You really can let your children write on the walls with these products. Land of Nod sells wallpaper that has frames on it so your child can draw in hundreds of frames creating "family portraits." Land of Nod sells this product by the roll, so you can wallpaper a whole room if you desire or just buy one roll and place it in a section of a playroom or mudroom. Pottery Barn Kids sells a cityscape mural that is 12 feet long and 6 feet tall! A sure-fire way to add color to a room and allow your little one to let her creative juices flow! I love these products. I only wish Reese was old enough to enjoy them. I may buy one roll of the Land of Nod wallpaper and just keep it on hand for a few years. I could add a "chair rail" in the garage with this... it could turn a boring ol' garage into something fun!

I so want this. I would have loved this as a child - when I was in middle school, I convinced my mom to let me take down my bedroom wallpaper & I ended up drawing on one wall with pastel chalk. My friends would come over & add to it. A huge mess, but it was so much fun and I'm glad my mom didn't kill me for doing it!
