weekend recap

When I came home from work, hubby was already home. He was all excited because he had bought new clothes for Reese. SO CUTE! He did well, actually. Here we are showing off her new clothes. Nice brown pea coat with pink polka-dot ribbon and green pants. He also bought the pink sweater dress in the picture below. It was so cute with tights. Nice work, Daddy!

Friday night we went out to dinner with The Smith's to Vintage Pizza and hung out at their house for a while afterwards. It was great to catch up and see the kids. Saturday we slept in, yes slept in. Reese really slept through the night. Usually she sleeps the 7 hours, but it's from about 9 pm - 4 am. But, Friday night she sailed right on through to 7am!!! WHoo Hooo!
Saturday we stayed in our PJ's a good portion of the day. We just hung out. Reese is 3 1/2 months and is talking and responding to us so much more these days. We love it. Her personality is coming through more and more. We had her in the bassinet Sunday morning while we were cleaning up our bedroom and she was completely entertaining herself (and us) by talking and giggling. It was a riot. We shot some video and took these pictures below.

Sunday was much of the same as Saturday... just hanging out. Reese is so much fun to be with. We just crack up at all her looks and noises.

Thanks for the invite to Vintage, I guess we embarrassed you guys the last time we went there with you? I see how it is!

Reese is adorable! I love that age!

Too many kids at Vintage anyway... it even drove us crazy. Next time we are ordering the pizza and inviting you all over instead!

Kim, You are too adorable!! I was on FB and you were one of the friends who showed up on my page. You know how it cycles through 6 pictures of friends at a time. Anyhow, I thought I would check in and drop you a line. Then I found your website. It's awesome! Some day when I have mroe time or need a creative inspiration I will have to come back! And Reese, I could eat her up. She is toooo cute. Cherish and hold her as much as possible........even when you need a break.....pick her up agian.....because those baby moments leave way to quickly. Great Blog, girl. You ROCK!
