weekend fun...

Saturday we headed over to Barnes & Noble for storytime. We were 15 minutes late and they had already wrapped it up, but Reese had a blast! We stayed in the Children's area for an hour. Reese had so much fun playing with the other kids, especially with a 4 year old, CeCe. The two of them looked at so many books together. Or really it was CeCe showing the books to Reese! Then Reese discovered the train set. It was was really fun.

On Sunday, we headed to Piedmont Park. It was a beautiful day and Reese enjoyed the playground they had. It's pretty awesome if you ask me! A mini rock-climbing wall, tons of slides, swings, tunnels, a fire truck, and things I've never even seen where kids were swinging around and around and around.
Reese has been really taking off walking this weekend. She's walking everywhere now and not needing nor wanting our help anymore. It's exciting to see and I'm so proud of her persistence, when she falls, she gets right back up, again and again. She still looks like a drunk sailor at times though, it's pretty funny.
