Since the heat index felt like 150 degrees, we thought it was a good idea to go to Stone Mountain! HA... even at 10:30, we were melting... And it wasn't any cooler a mile up on a large rock! Kidding aside, we had a good time. We rode the gondola up the mountain and walked around a bit finding refuge under a small tree to have a snack. We visited the kids park and watched some ducks... Reese enjoyed it. Then we went to eat at Maddio's where Uncle Coleman works. Yummy pizza, I must say! I devoured my pizza while Reese ran around with Uncle Coleman. Good times had by all!
